Community Outreach

Homeless Outreach

The church collects items throughout the year in order to pass out goods to the homeless annually. The day of the outreach everyone meets at the church to make sandwiches and carpool to downtown Long Beach. The church then passes out food, clothing and toiletries and volunteers are encouraged to engage with everyone.

Food Pantry

This ministry is supported buy the body at Hope Chapel. It is available to anyone with a need for groceries.

Street Evangelism

This outreach happens periodically, usually starts in the summer right at the Seal Beach Pier. Dave Pocoroba is the head street preacher and allows new comers if they are brave enough to speak John 3:16 and give their testimony. The street preaching team participates in a variety of positions by listening to Dave, passing out tracks, singing, and having a willing heart to pray or talk to those interested in engaging.
